  The customer service was awful today, as the girls were chatting among themselves while me and my elderly parents had to wait for them to serve us. I've been going to this centre for the last 5 years and always had great service. One of the new girls, of Asian appearance was especially rude and kept talking back to me when I told them that they should stop the chatter and proceed with their duties of serving people, especially when there are 4 people at the desk who can serve. She began making up excuses that they're having issues in the pool, however I do not think that if there were issues, people would have been allowed to stay in the pool. She continued to talk back to me and my mother, instead of apologising and proceeding with her duties. I hope that the centre management will look into this because this behavior is unacceptable, considering the fact that I've never had a problem with another staff member at this centre before. I also hope that this girl who served us today will gain some customer service skills and learns how not to raise her voice at customers, especially elderly people.
