- Ben G Added June 14, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Found this pool to be reasonable. It's just a shame that the indoor pool doesn't have many lanes for casual swimmers, due to the other classes.
- Stevo Added December 28, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My disappointment is with the customer service provided by this centre. I was made to attend the centre and make a booking for a birthday party as for some reason you are unable to do online (21st century) however I did. I was informed there were availabilities for the party and asked to complete the booking form and leave with the reception which I did. I was also informed I would be contacted and confirmed the booking on the following day. Several days later, after receiving no phone calls I have decided to call them and see whats happening. THEY HAD NO IDEA about my application and stated the form must have been lost. To make it worse, the place became fully booked out and were unable to assist with anything else. I am usually not a whinger but got so disappointed with their service and would like people to pay more attention when dealing with them. Press them hard and demand results right away, dont fall for "I will let you know"
